This Refunds & Returns Policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling requests are handled.
Online Sessions
Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Requests received with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.
Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
Digital Products
Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products, including recordings, audio content, guides, memberships, courses, and downloadable materials, purchases are generally non-refundable.
Please review product information carefully before purchasing.
Memberships & Subscriptions
Memberships and subscription services may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.
Unless required by law, refunds are not provided for partially used membership periods or subscription fees already charged.
Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Workshops, Events & Retreats
Where applicable, cancellation terms for workshops, events, or retreats will be provided at the time of booking.
Refund eligibility may vary depending on venue commitments, administration costs, and booking arrangements.
Exceptional Circumstances
The Gleno Method may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances, including serious illness, emergencies, or situations beyond a participant’s control.
Supporting documentation may be requested.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a service or product is not provided with acceptable care and skill, or otherwise fails to meet guarantees required by law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy.
