Services
The Gleno Method provides breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, relaxation, educational, and wellness-based services delivered online, in person, through digital products, recordings, courses, memberships, or other formats.
Services are intended for personal development and general wellbeing purposes only.
The Gleno Method does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or healthcare services.
Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
By booking a session or purchasing a service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may be changed without notice.
Payment is processed through secure third-party payment providers.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be non-refundable.
Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
The Gleno Method reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments where necessary.
Refund Policy
Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Completed sessions, digital products, downloadable content, memberships, recordings, and accessed online materials are generally non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Participant Responsibility
Participation in any Gleno Method service is voluntary.
You are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for your personal circumstances and health condition.
You acknowledge that breathwork, meditation, movement, relaxation, and wellness practices may involve physical, emotional, psychological, or energetic experiences.
You agree to stop participation immediately if you experience discomfort or concerning symptoms and seek appropriate professional assistance where necessary.
Health Disclaimer
The Gleno Method does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, illness, injury, or mental health condition.
Information provided through sessions, content, recordings, courses, or products is educational in nature and is not medical advice.
Participants should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Gleno Method, its owners, facilitators, instructors, affiliates, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, claim, expense, or consequence arising from participation in services, use of content, or reliance on information provided.
Participation is undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under Australian law.

- Branding

remain the intellectual property of The Gleno Method unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, taught, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

You agree not to:
- Use the website unlawfully
- Interfere with website security
- Upload harmful content
- Attempt unauthorised access to systems or information
