How long is a session?
Standard private sessions are 25 minutes and conducted live online.
Do I need any experience?
No. The Gleno Method is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Each session is guided step by step.
How do online sessions work?
Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a link to join your live session from anywhere in the world.
Is breathwork safe?
Breathwork is generally safe for most people. However, if you are pregnant or have cardiovascular disease, epilepsy, severe respiratory conditions, or any significant medical concerns, consult your healthcare professional before participating.
What do I need for a session?
A quiet space, a stable internet connection, comfortable clothing, and somewhere to sit or lie down without interruption.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the personalised nature of live online sessions, refunds are not available for change of mind, missed appointments, or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. If The Gleno Method cancels a session, you will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours' notice by replying to your booking confirmation email. We will do our best to arrange another suitable time at no additional cost.
What if I am late?
If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the scheduled time to respect other clients. If you miss your session entirely, it will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.
